Bred service
On request we deliver fresh bred every morning.
Final cleaning
A final cleaning charge of € 130,- to 160,- per apartment is required.
Ski depot
Store your skies/snowboards and boots in our ski depot (with shoe drier).
Payment
We accept bank transfers in advance as well as cash payment.
Deposit
A pre-payment of € 300,- to 500,- is required.
The booking is legally binding upon receipt of the deposit!
Check-In / Check-Out
Check-In possible starting from 2 pm, Check-Out till 9 am. Please let us know, if you arrive later in the evening.

Cancellation fees
Our general cancellation conditions apply to the general terms and conditions for the hotel industry:
- 3 month befor arrival for free
- 3 month to 1 month before arrival: 40 % of the entire accommodation price
- 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70 % of the entire accommodation price
- 1 week before arrival: 90 % of the entire accommodation price
